FinchCare makes self-care really fun! You get to name your pet, and take care of it by performing daily goals and tasks related to self-care! They offer self-reflection questions, offer fun quizzes and when you reach your goals for the day, it gives your pet “energy” that they use to go gain knowledge about the world! It’s an enjoyable little way to reflect on self-care and goals you want to reach. You can even customize what your pet wears, where they live, etc! I use this and I love it!
